A perfect balance between Baiano cocoa and São Paulo coffee. Blended with whole arabica coffee beans to create a delicious bar with the best of the two ingredients. Highly awarded bar, with silver at the Academy of Chocolate in London, and bronze at the NorthWest Chocolate Festival in the USA.
