Oialla 78% Organic Dark Chocolate is a pure expression of wild Bolivian cacao. Made from rare, naturally occurring cacao beans harvested in the rainforests of Beni, Bolivia, this chocolate showcases the unique character of untouched, native cacao.
Oialla partners with local growers who carefully harvest, ferment, and dry the beans before they are shipped to Denmark, where fine flavor cacao is transformed into a fine flavor organic dark chocolate bar.
With a slightly higher cacao content and a lighter roasting profile than their 78% bar, the 72% version offers a different tasting experience.
