88% Dark Chocolate – Special Blend
The idea for this bar came from a very common beauty in the Atlantic Rainforest of Brazil – a so called 88 Butterfly.
Baiani is a tree-to-bar chocolate maker with their own cacao farm – Vale Potumuju. Knowing their beans very well, and controlling the whole process on their farm, they were able to create this rich and complex special blend of cacao, and turn it into this 88% dark chocolate.
