Spicy, crunchy and lime’y! Two of the common ingredients of the Baiana cuisine mixed into chocolate. This 70% Dark Chocolate is a great example of their work.
First the lime hits, then the chocolate, and at the end the chili. All with the crunch of the cacao nibs.
