Fjak

Fjåk Chocolate is Norway’s first bean to bar chocolate maker, established in 2015 by Agurtxane Concellon and Siv Hereid. Their factory is nestled in the Hardangerfjord region, where they craft organic, ethically traded chocolate. The name “Fjåk” comes from the Hardanger dialect, meaning “loveable” or “honest,” reflecting their approach to chocolate-making.

Fjåk sources high-quality cacao beans from various origins and complements them with natural ingredients from Nordic nature, such as reindeer moss and lingonberries. This unique combination has earned them international recognition, including awards from the Academy of Chocolate.
