Behind every bar of Aroko Chocolate is a journey that begins on small farms across Venezuela, where skilled farmers cultivate rare cacao varieties, each shaped by its environment. Aroko works closely with these farmers, sourcing micro-lots with full traceability and ensuring fair compensation for their work.

The transformation of these exceptional beans is led by Dubraska and Johonny, a Venezuelan couple who relocated to Italy about a decade ago. Combining their heritage with Italian craftsmanship, they roast, grind, and refine each batch to highlight the unique flavors inherent in the cacao. Their hands-on approach ensures that each bar carries the flavors and characteristics of the place it comes from.

Aroko isn’t just about making great chocolate—it’s about preserving the essence of Venezuelan cacao, one bite at a time.
