In the Amazonas region of northern Peru, around fifteen native cacao varieties have been identified. For this bar, Qantu works with a single heirloom variety cultivated by two longtime farmer partners, Lucy and Don Edmundo.
The result is a bright and delicate chocolate with notes of caramel and orange blossom.
