Inspired out of love of local traditions and timeless classics, the Old Fashioned is a chocolate twist on the popular cocktail. Caramelized sugar, orange bitters and whisky, create a wonderful mix of flavors with the 70% cacao from Ecuador’s Hacienda Limon.
NearyNogs is the first Bean to Bar chocolate maker in Ireland, and they take many inspirations from the local folklore.
