Naive – Dry-aged beef – 62% Milk chocolate
Naive’s test kitchen will never run out of ideas. They have no plans to become another boring chocolate maker. For example, this new recipe idea is anything but boring. First, they dry-aged grass-fed Black Angus sirloin before gently drying it at low temperature in a vacuum. Finally, they mixed the dried sirloin with dark-milk chocolate and enhanced the flavor dimension by sprinkling a cloud of wild-grown Lithuanian lingonberries on top of the chocolate surface.
