Description
Dark chocolate made from beans from Ecuador, combined with cocoa nibs soaked in whisky.
Cocoa origin: This chocolate is made from Nacional Arriba cocoa grown in the Machu Chindal rainforest in Esmeraldas, Ecuador. Eighteen farmers from the village of Mono Bravo cultivate the cocoa.
The whisky is distilled in the Ridnaun Valley in South Tyrol by Volgger Genuss, using spring water from Ridnaun, as well as corn and barley from South Tyrol.
Ingredients: Cocoa beans, raw cane sugar, cocoa nibs, cocoa butter, whisky (3.2%).
