Finca Elvesia, located in the rolling hills of Hato Mayor Province, is one of the most distinctive cacao farms in the Dominican Republic. Spanning over 150 hectares in the agricultural community of El Valle, it is home to an extensive collection of cacao varieties, many of which arrived from Venezuela as early as the 17th century.
To complete the full Caribbean experience, the cacao beans are infused with premium Dominican rum from Brugal.
