Description
Cacao nibs are crushed pieces of roasted cacao beans, made by removing the shell and breaking the bean into small fragments. Nothing is added, nothing is removed beyond the outer husk.
Because they are pure cacao, they contain no sugar or additives—just the concentrated flavour of the bean itself.
In the kitchen, cacao nibs are used as a topping for yoghurt, porridge, smoothie bowls, and baking, or added to chocolate making for texture and intensity. They can also be enjoyed on their own as a simple, unsweetened cacao snack.
A direct way to experience cacao in its least processed form.
