Description
Dark chocolate 75% made with Chuncho cacao beans from Peru, infused with Edelschwarz Gin.
The cacao nibs are macerated in gin for several days and then carefully dried, allowing the beans to fully absorb the gin’s aroma while all alcohol and liquid evaporate.
Edelschwarz Organic Gin is made with 17 alpine botanicals, including juniper, edelweiss, lingonberry, blackcurrant, and a selection of herbs.
