MESTICO
Mestiço Chocolate is the result of three generations of cacao cultivation in Itacaré, Bahia, where cacao is grown among the native trees of the Atlantic Rainforest using the Cabruca Method—a traditional agroforestry system that preserves biodiversity while producing fine flavor cacao.
Each harvest is carefully managed, with different cacao varieties processed separately to highlight their distinct traits. This approach ensures that every bar reflects the unique terroir and character of the beans.
From bean to bar, Mestiço oversees every step of the process. Their craft chocolate factory in São Paulo is where their cacao is roasted, refined, and molded with precision, bringing out the best of each variety and its innovative technique.
