Sur del Lago cocoa is produced in the area near Lake Maracaibo and is made from very aromatic Trinitario cocoa combined with different types of cocoa including ancestral Criollo such as Porcelana, Bocadillo, Guasare giving us a fruity, fresh and at the same time very elegant aromatic profile.
